It is best if you message me regarding your commission before ordering, just because there is not a listed charge for something you want, does not mean that it is FREE.✦ What is a Terms of Service? ✦
In short, it is a list of rules/guidelines that protect both myself and the buyer when conducting business together. Please read through everything carefully!✦ What I Won't Draw ✦1. Any NSFW/sexually suggestive poses
2. Non-furry characters (humans, humanoids, etc)
3. Complex clothing/armor/mecha
4. No fetish art i.e. inflation, vore, etc (even if it does not include nudity, I still don't want to draw it)✦ Regarding Payment ✦I take full payment upfront before starting any work. This is to ensure I receive payment for the work I will do in case the buyer decides to back out.I will not work without a Digital Reference. Please make sure you have one before commissioning me! I do not offer Digital References, but i can suggest you some that do take reference commissions.✦ About refunds ✦
A partial refund will be given based on progress made. If no progress has been made you will receive a full refund. You are also eligible to request a partial refund during the sketch stage if you are unhappy with the work presented. You cannot receive a refund once the drawing is completed.I accept Paypal as a payment method, other methods will need to be discussed.Tips are not required but they are allowed and are appreciated immensely!✦ Regarding the Process ✦After payment is made, I will deliver a sketch as soon as possible. A timescale may have been given to you.Changes must be made during the sketch stage and they are limited. I may or may not allow the redrawing of an entirely new sketch. There can be about 3-4 changes before I will ask for additional compensation to edit.Changes after the sketch stage WILL result in additional charges unless they are color-related. Anything that includes altering the line art is chargeable.The final product will be delivered via Discord or other method of contact given. If there are any issues please contact me immediately! You will be given a watermarked and an unwatermarked version (aside from animations)✦ Regarding Credit ✦When crediting me just link back to my toyhouse (@ TesuaraPrinceps) Please credit me for the artwork when possible (such as: in your bio on a website, included in your post with the artwork, etc).Please use the watermarked version when posting the artwork publicly, this will prevent others from taking and using the artwork for themselves.✦ Regarding Time ✦As my schedule is unpredictable, please allow me some time to complete things. I do work about 40~hours a week due to my job, but i try to get things done in a reasonable amount of time. I will contact you if anything comes up!Feel free to message me about progress.
